We are now celebrating our 29th year in business serving Worcester County, Massachusetts, and New England.
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in Commercial Flooring for Business .....carpet, carpet tile, ceramic tile, vinyl tile, vinyl strip wood, sheet vinyl, laminate flooring, rubber flooring for exercise areas, etc. We also provide carpeting & vinyl flooring for apartments & condos.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Ed Sutherland,owner of Commercial Carpet & Tile, worked for 2 carpet manufacturers as a District Sales Mgr for 7 years, and, as an Architectural/Contract carpet representative for 2 Boston wholesalers for 3 years before opening his business in 1985.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We keep our word, and we guarantee our work for 2 years or longer. And, Ed Sutherland is a perfectionist, and is fortunate to have tenured installers who maintain his standards. We strive to complete all jobs on time everytime! Plus, we have a 3200 s.f. warehouse in which we can store your carpet or tile while you await completion of your construction. We are also preferred clients of Shaw Industries & Mohawk Industries.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At present we have one location in Central Mass. which allows us to service all New England .

Commercial Carpet & Tile has a business office at 49 Barber Avenue,Worcester, MA.,and a 3200 sq.ft. warehouse at 100 Barber Avenue, but we encourage you to make an appointment for us to visit your offices so that we can properly evaluate your needs and better fullfill them. We'll bring the samples to you!
