How long have you been in business?
In 2009 we are celebrating our 10 year anniversary.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide onsite and remote support for all Windows operating systems, applications, and networks. We also offer carry in service at lower rates.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I spent 25 years in Quality Assurance in the computer storage business building hard drives.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are totally focused on satisfying the customers every need. We finish everything we start on a timely and cost effective basis. Repeat business is our greatest reward for our personal and friendly service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only 1 location and support customers within 1 hour travel time of Worcester.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.
Established accounts enjoy Net Terms of varying time and amounts.
Which areas do you service?
We service all of Worcester County, as well as most areas within 1 hours drive of Worcester.
