Hardwood flooring, installation, refinishing, buffing & coating existing.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Worked for several flooring companies, the most notable Casey & Sons of Ashland, since I was 18 years old.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I take extreme pride in my work, no matter how small or how big the job is, the customer always feels like they have the best workig for them.
What type of payments do you accept?
Right now cash or check only.
Which areas do you service?
All of New England.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I manage the entire process single handedly.
What are your hours of operation?
Generally 8-5, but those hours have been known to be stretched either way depending upon the job and when it would need to get done for the customer.
