How long have you been in business?
I've been involved with art, graphics and design in one way or another for about 30 years.
What is your primary product or service?
After going back to college to expand my knowledge of design and the most popular programs I decided to focus on small businesses who need a professional look in their advertising but who either don't want or can't afford to have a full time designer working for them.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've been interested in art since I was a child. Doing design work allows me to make a living doing something I really enjoy.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I like to think that I combine the wisdom of experience with the wonder of novelty. Many seasoned designers are set in their ways and restricted by the 'rules' of design. Novice designers are often stuck in their own generation. You need to know the rules but be able to write a few new ones too.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only one and no expansion is planned at this time. I do travel to client locations throughout central MA though.
What type of payments do you accept?
Right now, cash, checks and Paypal for either cash or credit cards.
