Sweeney Real Estate Network LLC has been a family owned real estate firm in Worcester for nearly 20-years.
What is your primary product or service?
Sweeney Real Estate Network LLC specializes in the buying and selling of real estate including single family, multi-families, commercial and investment properties.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am TJ Brennan, a retired US Coast Guard officer. When I retired from active duty after 22-years of service, I met Bob and Pat Sweeney. Our business philosophies matched and we shared personal moral and ethics, so I went to work with Bob selling real estate. After a few years, Bob asked me to manage the company and I accepted the offer. Last year, Bob asked if I wanted to purchase the company from him. Of course, I said yes, but only if Bob stayed with the firm. So, we continue the tradition of outstanding service and commitment to our clients.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our clients are not just a commission check or a gray folder in a cabinet. We place their wants and need at the pinnacle of our focus. Although they start out as our clients, many become our friends long after the commission checks are spent! These friends are our best source of future business as they want their friends to receive world-class real estate advice.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located at 120 Stafford Street, Suite 209, Worcester, MA. We are going to stay here and, since we hand pick our agents, our growth will be slow and selective.

Anyone familiar with Worcester will know where we are. If one travels Park Ave toward Webster Square, they go straight at the intersection of Park Ave and Main Street. Stafford Street heads towards Oxford and Charlton.
What type of payments do you accept?
We are paid at closing during the closing process. The Seller normally pays us regardless of whether we served as Seller’s Agents or Buyer’s Agents. No need to bring money! Just bring your wants, needs and desires!
Which areas do you service?
We specialize in servicing central Worcester County and can serve in all of Massachusetts and Connecticut!
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is owned by TJ and Melanye Brennan. The daily operations are managed by TJ and Chris Ellstrom, Administrative Assistant Extraordinaire!
What are your hours of operation?
Being a real estate firm, we are very flexible in our hours. We are available when you are available!
