How long have you been in business?
I opened my business in 2010, but had supported business clients as an employee for another company.
What is your primary product or service?
In-home computer services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Technology is here to stay, and is growing at an extremely fast pace. Keeping up with the developments on a personal level is practically a full-time job, so using that knowledge to help others through individual assistance is a win-win for myself and my clients.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Being in business for myself allows me the flexibility to offer my clients a wider array of solutions that may have been restricted by the corporate decisions of large companies. I can work one-on-one with my clients and tailor resolutions so that they not only work best for them in a practical sense, but also in a financial sense. Regarding finances, I have a very low overhead, and a strong desire to offer quality service at a low price.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am 100% travel. A physical location adds to business expense, which results in higher prices. I plan to avoid the expense as long as possible.
Which areas do you service?
"Central Massachusetts" is my current quick response, however, I have assisted clients outside of that radius.
What are your hours of operation?
I am currently available Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 9PM.
