How long have you been in business?
We have been in business, in Worcester, Continuously, for over 25 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We manufacture, sell, distribute, install & service ozone water treatment systems mainly for infection control in laundry operations. This equipment also helps to reduce utility & energy cost's while reducing carbon emissions.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Mechanical engineering in aircraft was primary training which evolved in to Laundry technology. The idea of making a better product that provides a payback to the user intrigued me. We have accomplished this throughout our history and it counts even more now with energy conservation.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We manufacture a product based on industry technology not an off the shelf item manipulated to fit a laundry operation. We design the product to last and provide a five year parts warranty, which no other company offers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our main office of operations is in Worcester Massachusetts and we maintain an office in Capitola California. We have many national and International distributors. We are planning on sound business growth and expansion.
